How much will be in hand ?

Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure

Look into some of the boutiques or specialized firms. People don't bother to put them into "tiers" because they don't do everything and have small scope, but many of them are very profitable and treat employees well.

Only way to really know if you could be earning more is by interviewing with other firms and seeing what their willing to offer. Alternatively have conversations with peers to find out if you’re being paid fairly
Key is to get out of a shared delivery center - y’all are paid much less than traditional consulting orgs within big 4 (we have one too that also gets paid significantly less)
Definitely agree. When I joined D, I had no idea there was a difference until I started working on projects and found out I was making $20k less than my peers
wow
To my salary? Agreed. Haha

You can make like 120-140k TC doing the exact same thing at Deloitte or any Big 4/ACN
I guess these are analyst roles? I think many people at D make over 170k base post MBA.
Jump ship to another big 4 or a better paying job in the industry
Just interview at other firms. But what level are you? You need to increase your salary band when you talk to recruiters otherwise you’ll get low-balled.
I think you can get at least $100K. Always ask the recruiter the range for the position first, then you can state your range. If they ask you how much you make now, say $90K. Have a $30-$50K range no matter what.
I.e. I’m a manager and I give a range of $160-200K for industry roles.
Is that role client facing?
Specifically highlight your client facing exp and mention you are confident in your ability to build relationships with key project stakeholders
Keep in mind even the analyst/consultants at Big 4 are expected to be client facing and MBB is CXO facing
You got this, aim for 135k and shoot for boutiques, Accenture (make sure it is client and market role because they have delivery center tracks too), etc
Go get your worth OP!!
DM for Accenture, you deserve > $100k!

As someone who worked with a ton of USDC folk (ex Deloitte), the way to get out is to tailor your resume as a regular consultant (which you really are) and go to any big4 as a lateral hire.
Right now isn’t a strong time to move, but most people I know who left USDC (specifically human capital) were able to go to another big4 as a senior for 120k+
