The bonuses in A&M and Alix are great for Rx practice not all
While both A&M and AP are well known for their Rx work, it has a historically low paying profession compared to "core" consulting (PI/PEPI) at both the firms.
Come to A&M. I'm ex-Accenture and it is refreshing here.
Tech strat, sr consultant and pepi, SA
If you have the offers shouldn’t you be telling us?
Why are you asking if you have offers? What am I missing?
Rising Star
Whatever it is
More than you would make as an L4 Accenture MD
Depends
A&M > Alix > OW > EYP.
Now give me your signing bonus
I'm not a cat
Making this jump before partner is a really tough entry point, and I would have serious convo’s to understand path to partner, realistic years, and pay structure at each. Unless near term pay is your only kpi in which case you have your answer already.
Op my point was quite simply if you are going to be focused on TC when you jump, you should also factor on path to partner, to land on a 5 year view of TC not a 1 year view. and be really clear on the realistic timelines at each place to make partner. There could be quite a bit of variabiliy.
What group at A&M?
AP4 me too, but for (equity) MD position …
Does A&M even have a “consulting” practice. I know we have CPI but they seem kinda underpaid.
This is for PEPI
I am asking because the base pay is similar but the variable and how it is calculated is vastly different. For example, A&M and Alix dont seem to have a capped variable bonus. But I dont know what's a realistic variable bonus across these firms e.g., does the average performer Principal at OW make $400 or $500 total comp?
No

If you’re talking Alix PI (like A&M PEPI), the bonus for Directors can easily take you into $500k. They should be giving you a target bonus for year 1 anyway, no?
The real question is where you make partner faster. And that’s really around where you felt the best connection with team, work style, industry focus, etc.
Just curious what’s the entry level partner TC at Alix?

Uhhh can I be you? Adopt me maybe?
