In pre onboarding form epam is asking contact number and email id of ex supervisors and hrs from my past organizations. I don't have contact details of my managers with whom I worked 8 years ago. All other companies only ask experience certificate only which I have. How to tackle this?EPAM Anywhere EPAM Systems

OP if the role is still open, try again!! Email the manager and say what you said here, basically .
Not sure about denied, but haven’t heard back from a manager after interviewing. Don’t worry, that’s pretty normal, especially since often times managers are interviewing multiple analysts for one role. There’ll always be another project
Happened to me once, sometimes there’s just others with more experience at analyst level ham you may have. No big deal
Btw I got the role somehow. They just took all week to tell me. But thank you guys for your perspective. Always nice to hear others point of view
The role has been open for over a month, if that was the case they would've gotten someone by now. It's just something I really wanted to learn and I messed up on something I know how to do.
If you didn't click with them, it's probably for the best and get used to it. Or be it could be the project funding was put on hold but they don't want to cancel it yet. Or it could be manager knows someone they've with before and don't want to take the risk of a new person, which again works out for the best for you because they would probably not have time to teach you.
You’re assuming that you would get a role just for talking to the project manager? In my experience (at my current client at least), we are looking for the right person, and would rather a role sit empty than take someone who is not the right fit.
It’s probably better to let this one go, and try again for another role. Don’t let it get you down! You’ll find something better soon:)
