I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

It’s always prorated for me. I just negotiate a bunch of sign on bonuses to cover the loss + a few years down the road.

My McKinsey bonus this year was prorated (New joiner in October)
yes
We prorate as well. Join in March, the midpoint of our fiscal year, and you’ll get half the bonus you otherwise would based on your salary.
My first year was pro-rated. As I expected it to be.
Happened to me my first year at PwC - I was surprised at first, but it makes sense if you think about it.
You get the portion of the bonus you were around for and in theory contributed to.
What were your goals? Maybe you’re also not overperforming your goals, which is also standard given that new people generally need a year to start making a big impact.
Not overperforming but reaching the target, which were not prorated.
Yes, I think this is pretty common in many companies.
We prorate bonuses. But we are Guidehouse.
Literally every time?
Every of the times
If you didn’t work the full year, why are you surprised that it’s prorated?
The goals were worth 12 months. First time I have a bonus earned over time worked, it was always performance based. This is the difference between based salary and bonus 🤷♂️
