Any openings for abap fresher???
Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC bangalore rescinding an offer given the current market condition? The role in my offer letter seems to be pretty generic and during interviews, it didn't look like, they were interviewing for a particular project or team. I have doubts specifically because of HR's behaviour during the whole recruitment process where they never responded to my emails or calls. Is this normal practice?

I once took a job I thought might be a mistake, but my initial regrets were unfounded. It turned out to be a good experience and it made me realize that in some ways a job can be what we make of it. If you'll be paid well and you'll be doing some new things, that sounds pretty good. Once you're settled in the job you can make it your own and it may work out beautifully.
Love this and glad you were rewarded with that risk. Definitely agree we all eventually make our role our own.

I haven’t regretted a job, but do know people who have! That being said, I think totally fine if this new role is a stepping stone and not what you were hoping for! Plus transitioning from agency to in house can be rough, so give yourself time!
I guess it is better to make the in-house transition with the stepping stone role so that I'm fully prepared to make that move to the job I really want.
Take the job. Work is work. Nothing with be perfect, but you have to take a calculated risk.
I suppose there are other jobs out there so even if I don't like the new one I can just find another new one.
I think that every person at some point in their career takes a job that they end up regretting. A rite of passage maybe. You keep the job but learn from it, and you have a job while you search for a new job.
I guess as long as you learn something, even if the learning is that you don't like something, it is still beneficial.
