I have a total of 5.5 years of experience with current CTC as 11.5 lpa.
I have a offer from Infosys of 17 lpa
But my company wants to retain me and they are giving me an opportunity for Canada onsite in return of retention(no raise or bonus)
Please suggest me, if i should take the onsite opportunity or keep looking for counter on my current offer.
I have 70 days of Notice Period left.
Tech stack- python/ AWS/ data engineeringDeloitte

Hey! Congratulations on your interview. Here is what I think based on my experience working with engagement managers and also some involvement with some interviews:
1. Yes
2. Technical: Not really. Presentation should cover vision, roadmap to deliver that vision, delivery methodology and possibly any KPIs and metrics you tracked and improved. Also, in your role, you should cover relationship mapping with customer stakeholders and how you were able to influence/improve it.
3. Yes.

Also was the entire panel interview only about the presentation or will there be questions around why salesforce, other situational type ones as well ?
Did they happen to provide compensation ranges for SF engagement director roles? I’ve considered making the switch but a little blind as to how it compares to consulting comp packages.
I think it’s about 230-250 base
