Currently a Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems.
I am interviewing at and considering making a jump to Oracle as a Specialist Solutions Consultant.
The reason for my move is currently at Pega SCs are treated more as AEs or Account Managers. The role at Oracle would be more of a true SC position. I also feel that Oracle will look BETTER on a resume and someone as young as me would have BETTER programs in place to train me and give me the foundation needed to be a successful SC.
Thoughts?

soo my sleep schedule is effed up, i keep trying to wake up early-ish (7am) but i’m lacking motivation and i wake up tired 😴

Some of those low standards clowns in here is why we have to exit fail hires, carry on OP. If you can't even do some minimal effort move over for some who are actually interested.

Not on a pedestal at all. 300 resumes for 2 spots - if they want the job, they'll do their homework. If they don't want the job, I don't really care if they research. Anyway the part that was funny was the "congratulations."

I agree with you OP. There's a lot of people who put in no effort and think they can get by. Sadly, a lot of people still do.
Someone came up to me at Deloitte line during A career fair and was like "oh. You guys are that big bank right?" After 5 hours in heels and talking non stop, I literally just walked away from him to the next student in line.
Went back to my alma mater this week to recruit and I'm not sure if I should expect people to know about EY or consulting in general. I remember doing a shit ton of research and info interviews all through undergrad, so I'm a bit surprised when people come up to me and ask what the role of a consultant is.
I've clearly been recruiting MBAs too long and need to reset expectations.
Double major - acct/fin. Whatever, not a big deal - the congrats was funny
