I have an offer from a start up company and when I got the offer from this start up my salary was 5.2 lakhs and I got an offer for 8.25 lakhs. Immediate after 1 month I got hike in Capgemini itself and my current salary is 6.5 lakhs. It is still lower than the offer at hand but is this a valid point to share with HR and ask a bit if a hike in my start up? My joining date it 23rd June. Any suggestions what I should do?

But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first.
