But my biggest fear I don't have hands on experience so how will I going to survive in the new company. And obviously I have to lie for my experience during the interview. Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with. The work seems like it’s not a good fit for me but it feels crazy to pass up trying to get that amount of money when there really isn’t a realistic alternative to that amount of wealth (and I do want that amount of wealth).

I want to switch but wanted to know what would be decent hike in reputed or mid size org. I would not like to take into consideration the start up as they may pay quite high when compared to a large size organization.

18-20 L fixed is my analysis.

Looking for an associate/junior position in data/business analytics. I have 4.5 years of IT experience, and I'm currently doing my online MBA in Business Analytics.
