I'm currently working as an intern at a foreign Food and Beverage distributor. Their system is outdated; it needs a complete redesign. All processes are done manually, there is no inventory count, countless mistakes etc.

I got offered Operations Manager to take on this big project.

Due to the location, similar salaries and the lack of local workforce, I was hoping for 5-7k pm.
Would it better to do this project as a consultant? How much would one charge for a 6 or 12 month FT project? Thx!!
