Sounds about right.
That is below market with your YOE and ServiceNow experience by a good margin. 80k is what many of our UG campus hires were getting paid before Covid, now they are at 82k. Recommend jumping to B4 or ACN
Level 9?
🤷🏻♂️
I don’t think so. I started as an analyst in consulting at 80K with only 6 months of experience (worked at a bank) and no certs
I would suggest asking for a compensation review and still applying to other jobs in the meantime. Lots of companies would be willing to pay more!
Lol ur getting screwed so bad. I was offered 135k with that many yoe in service now
All good, I was at 100k but told my company I was leaving for a different company and they offered me a 35K bump to stay. Suffice to say, I had a pretty good reputation on my project and what I brought to the table in terms of functional knowledge.
Are you in a federal contractor role? If you have a technical degree, I’d guesstimate you could be around $100K elsewhere
With the ServiceNow cert you should definitely be at a higher comp than that. Would you consider yourself a SergiceNow Dev?
If you want to do ServiceNow, $120k is doable for your experience. I'm with ServiceNow at AFS. DM me.
