Do any of the MBB’s do DD for VC clients?
Bain & Company Is it truly easier to get in a smaller MBB office?
Have heard a lot for different opinions on these. The logic is that it’s easier because there is a lot of supply in cities like NY, Chicago and SF, but the counter argument is that the offices with less supply are also way smaller and have a lot less demand.

Unless you are desperate, Don't join and don't fall for designation. End of the day, imoney matters. Accenture strategy is an elite team within Accenture world and don't give away easily.
Moreover, PWC India is not an entity to join from the likes of Accenture strategy .
Give some time for yourself and look for position like senior manager or equivalent in PWC AC, EY GDS etc since they recruit at that level from outside with 10+ years of exp and can still offer you 30% hike
If I have understood it right: you are asking if you should take up more responsibility and workload on same pay in another company? If title matters to you go ahead but personally I feel manager is an overrated position. A manager gets to feel the brunt of mishaps from higher management and constant complaints from the subordinates. If you are someone who loves handling these situations on regular basis go for it.

Not sure how easy it is to get a role of SM or AD from consultant level. Accenture Strategy pays well than Big4 companies, but I feel competition at Accenture Strategy is fierce. Don't have a direct suggestion, but do check how many people have managed to move to SM level from consultant level. Also, I am quite certain that you are giving interviews because you are not satisfied with current role or not able to climb up the ladder due to unavoidable reasons. Before declining out right, do speak with HR and try to work out something that's a win-win for both.
