Have been looking up for a good 3 BHK in BLR for quite some time now, but the prices have inflated too much.
I have a decent corpus of around 1 cr.
With ~88L in stocks, 7L in Mutual funds and ~10L in flexi FD.
Would it be wise to go for a 3BHK apartment costing 1.9 cr ?

30M married, total take home ~3L every month

Did ok on a real estate investment and will have around $200k net to reinvest. Looking for opinions on short to mid-term investments for consideration. Moderate to high risk tolerance. TIA

How diligent is Mintz background check. When it comes to education? My references, credit, criminal and work experiences will check out. In DXC, PF amount is not credited in to EPFO directly.
We have UAN and it looks like not activated.
How can we transfer PF amount from DXC to EPFO portal?
There is no relevant response from DXC till date.

1: EY - FDD, home city, very good $$ for FDD

2: PwC - post-merger integration, DDV team (essentially M&A Consulting) - bigger city, always been keen to move

Coming as a Senior in Audit, with recent FDD exposure (2 deals, obviously not much). I was looking for something more than just number crunching, wanting a mix of quant / quali / strategic work. M&A Advisory or a Corp Strategy role is where I'm looking to end up long term.

1. Is it wise to take 2 plans of term insurance one with return of 60 years and another without return of 80 years of each 1cr.
2. Is it wise to include health riders in insurance plan to claim for 80d or just chose health insu

Hi All. What is the best way to allocate 25 Lakh INR in savings into different investments to maximize returns. I recently moved out of India so Tax rebate is not a consideration for me. I already have 6 lakh plus invested in PF and MFs but I want to invest more as my money is getting depreciated in the savings bank account.

I also have an education loan with balance of 7 lakhs which I am planning to repay in lumpsum as there is no tax exemption now.
