Hello everyone, I need your guidance. I have been on bench for the last 3 months and now my manager is asking me to resign from IBM. Do I get a 3-month notice period after resigning in this situation, or will I be released immediately? What should I do? Please suggest.

I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Started looking outside and got opportunities.

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

He was hired for SharePoint tech stack, but now his manager is saying "They have very less projects for sharepoint, so please prepare for Azure". Is there any advice for networking into projects when you don’t know many people at the firm yet? I always to help on BD work when I’m on the bench, but it never turns into any billable work.
