Hello everyone! So I’ve been in my role as an AM for officially 8m now. It’s my first DOD/ Gov. Tech based sales job. Im also supporting one of the largest contracts the company has. The company has zero training/ development for new folks (I barely had an onboarding). I’m learning the job on my own as I go. However I currently don’t have much of a pipeline & I was recently tasked with putting a pipeline presentation for our C-suite. Any advice?

Any advice on shifting from association law to commercial real estate in FL?

I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected. Seems like the only way to get the experience is to have nailed a big law gig right out of school and get put into that practice.

Hi all, looking for advice on… well everything career related 😔 it’s the “great resignation” and people are moving on to better things all around me. Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. I’m pretty passive when I’m disrespected by creative but I think it sets a bad example for my team. If any of my reports were spoken to the way I was I’d raise hell...how set example?

Who else started with small businesses and moved up to medium and large at agencies structured to handle it? I handle 40 clients and some 60 Content managers, ad managers, designers, developers, and a smattering of other positions.

Which was better? I have almost complete autonomy over what happens with small biz, but getting to focus on projects for more than an hour/month sounds nice.

Is 7 weeks too early to start thinking I may have made a huge mistake in switching to my current gig?
