Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Hi Folks,
Need opinions from experienced Management consulting folks:
Is it a wise decision to leave Deloitte USI Strategy practice for Accenture strategy in Capability Network when I am due for promotion to Engagement Manager?
I am getting 40% hike from Accenture CN when my promotional hike in Deloitte is expected from 25% to 30% (my guess).
What should I do? Renegotiate / Stay / Switch.

When I was in Fujitsu, they had hired a lot of folks including me, expecting to win future projects which were there in the pipeline. However lot of us including me were on bench for close to 6months and were forced to pick projects we didn't like. That's when they introduced the first of its kind bench policy, wherein if you're not able to join any project and on bench for more than 2 months, you'll be asked to leave the firm. Few of the folks I knew were let go due to this policy.
Apart from this, I think the client will mostly be Fujitsu Germany since most of the projects which are done out of India are not direct external client facing, although there was only one from UK.
Thank you for the valuable feedback.
