So I had 3 deals scheduled to either close end of May or mid June which were all pushed to end of June/beginning of July. Which is when I have my first vacation planned for over a year (I take 0 time off). My whole family is flying up and we’re renting a cabin near me. What do I do? Hey all, I’m trying to gauge wether or not my salary is appropriate for my role. Obviously I’m a sys admin, but I’m making 50k with an expected bonus of 12k per year. Does this match what you all are seeing, or do i need to be looking for a pay increase? About 3 years of experience, the first two were technically a Helpdesk role but as the sole person on the team it was essentially sys admin work
