Need help on below queries
1.Health insurance is not included in offer. Can I ask HR for the medical Benefit?
2.Compensation has huge amount on NPS and RFB. Can I ask HR to not include it now? Or should I wait till I onboard to submit the RFB form? And is it ok to not include?
3.Is 90 days notice period applicable for Senior associate? Can I negotiate or is it in policy?
4.why annual Leaves are not mentioned in Offer letter?PwC India

Offer from another MNC: 18.9 fixed

Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

I received a call for interview from Deloitte. However I don't have all the skills/exposure mentioned in JD. Has anyone cleared an interview with similar scenario in big 4?
