1. I have exp in OFSAA, sql, plsql, python, data engineering. My experience is scattered in BFSI and data engineering domain. I am not sure which side I should choose, OFSAA or python/ETL/data engineering.

2. KPMG (big4) mumbai project is not good. Many resigned, client not good.

Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. ADHD medication with high Blood Pressure?

I found ADHD meds helpful when I worked in consulting in my 20s. I stopped the meds when I went back to school. Also have had High BP since late 20s. 15 years away, I am back in consulting and loving it, however my difficulties juggling so many projects/tasks is holding me back. I know I would benifit from some ADHD medication but my Dr won’t prescribe any with my history of BP (controlled with BP meds). Anyone else gone through this? Any tips?
