No u won't be considered a fresher ,u can mention it to your recruiter,but it will be but diffult for you to get jobs
You have work experience, surely you will manage to get a job later but right now whatever you feel is priority please focus on that, you won't get this time back with your child but job you will get later as you have experience, might be difficult but not impossible, you have right reason to justify the gap, don't worry
I took a 4 year career break and was able to rejoin , so keep yourself updated and enjoy your time.
I took a break for maternity so I explained them the same . No one questioned me more than that

I am in a similar situation, I have decided not to leave the job. I am trying to search for a good nanny and then i will be working from home. I believe many companies are now providing wfh, if you think you can manage that I would suggest to look for a wfh job or request your current company to provide.
