What are things to think about when considering a job from a startup? Especially with todays economy in mind? I currently work at a non startup company. I have never worked at a startup. I want to change jobs but I’m a bit worried about job security with the current economy. For context I would be working in software.

Bonus question: What are important questions I should ask when interviewing with a startup?

The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. I recently sign a lease. The apartment will put my security deposit into an interest-bearing account and requires me to fill out a form W9. I will join EY this June and just wondering if this is ok in terms of the independence rule. I guess the apartment will put my deposit in some sort of funds. Anyone with EY has experience? I have an offer of around 39 LPA + bonus and my wife is holding an offer of 32 LPA in India. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. My wife currently doesn't have any offer for Germany and might need to search for a job after reaching there. Is it worth? Need your suggestions please.
