Tata Consultancy I am a manager in Capgemini... have an offer frm TCS. the designation being offered is Assistant Consultant.. 9.8 years experience( 5 yrs with Cap) Even though I am getting a package of 25Lakhs.. it seems like a demotion in designation.. Cg has offered to match upto 23.5 lakhs.. Is it worth moving to TCS on this grade? My primary reason for moving out of Cg is i m bored of beauocracy and WLB at current project. Is it a good idea to still switch with the counter offer from Cg Capgemini Tata Consu

Edit: Like others on the thread also driven by my airport (DTW) being a delta hub
I fly American since Charlotte is a big American hub, and usually Hilton since I like their 3 star hotels better

I fly American since I fly out of Charlotte a lot and Marriott just because they have so many hotels available

Airlines it’s heavily dependent on where you live. You can’t just choose to be a delta flyer if you live in Chicago.
I live in the Bay area and I've San Jose and SF airports nearby. So I can pretty much use most airlines to fly.
