1. What does the hierarchy structure look like, and are internal mobility and promotions encouraged within the organization?
2. With a little over 10 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in end-to-end data analytics projects supporting leadership in strategy building, implementing, and running them, what compensation structure/CTC should I expect?

Hi Guys.. I have an interview scheduled with JP Morgan Chase. May I know what would be the max limit salary which I could ask for 7.3 YOE, Java Full Stack Engineer.

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
