Hello Friends,

I'm an remote AM for a smaller manufacturing company with a large footprint in the LE industry. I have been with my company just shy of 10 yrs. Salary is low, raises are rare, benefits are okay but the people within our company are nothing short of amazing and my customers are my heart. I know I can make significantly more somewhere else. I'm trying to hold on to the option of staying with my company. Looking for anything PT after 5 pm ET to 11 pm Mon - Fri & anytime Sat/Sun

Please help! I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? Any good startups to consider? Anyone have any insight or advice?

So...I started my own company in 2018. Things went off like a ROCKET. Its a small Remodeling company and we specialize in higher end bathrooms and kitchens etc. I love working with my hands. Currently working as an in-house SEO for a big ecommerce company (fortune 500). Currently earning 65K CAD. Contemplating a position for SEO manager on another company, SaaS B2B, very small office (<50people), pay around 80-100K. It's not a startup.

Did anyone made a move like this? From a big company (SEO team has 5+ people) to a very small company? I'm worried about job security and how stressful this new position would be, considering I'll be the only SEO professional there.
