This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

For July 4th does google only give one day off?
I have applied to several positions up Google. I have not heard anything back at all. No matter if I customize my résumé to the job description I still don’t hear anything back. I am wondering as to why Google ghost people instead of just telling them that they didn’t get the job? Do people on Google believe it is appropriate for the recruiters just a ghost people especially if they feel they don’t match the job?

More specifics? YOE? What you are solving for? Culture is such a broad term so really depends on what matters most to you?

In general, I’d say GCP culture is a bit different from the rest of Google given its “start-up”ish status. With that, it has a much more aggressive and sometimes chaotic vibe than the more established product areas like Ads. WLB in general is worse (say evening and weekend work compared with in general 9-5). Most people and esp leadership come from either Sales or consulting background. The plus side is that if you don’t mind the wlb and chaotic nature, you could potentially have a faster promo given the business is growing fast.
Read work rules to understand the culture.
Also it takes most people 2-3 interview attempts to get hired at google. So don't fret if this time doesn't work out. Basically if you get knocked down...get back up.
