Hello. I am sure this has been asked a million times, but what are the best resources to learn about RE for those with few funds?

Looking to get into RE as a side hustle. I have some knowledge but looking for deepest insights.

I've recently went to a restaurant and saw a robot waiter, I thought that was the coolest thing. What do you all feel about this shift in the restaurant industry?

Any consulting -> Tech sales people out there? Curious how consulting experience is perceived both from a compensation and placement standpoint in the tech world…? What should my expectation be? For context — I SDR’d as a senior in college and was promoted to AE right as I took a BA offer from McKinsey. Wanted to get broad exposure & become a more analytical problem solver… dont regret my decision at all but really loved sales and would like to get back around my 2-3 yr mark.

To stay or go? Is it time to move on?
I've got 4 years at a staffing agency after getting Masters in HRM and making a complete career change in 2018. Doing full cycle recruiting and account management. I feel I'm doing very well (in the role and with comp $57 base + commission = ~$91k last year) BUT I feel stuck!! I'm feeling undervalued and unchallenged. I think I'd love corporate recruiting/TA Specialist, etc. How do I make the jump? Should I just keep truckin??

I’m a former educator that has transitioned to working for a SaaS company. I have been hired under one role but have been managing projects in design UX/UI, content management (auditing and process development), and governance (currently working on a bot project). I certified as a scrum master but I’m having a hard time finding a Scrum position. In transparency I have been in the field about 2 years. Any and all suggestions are welcome and encouraged.

I have 2+ years experience with Salesforce, before Salesforce I was a full-stack dev with some DevsOps experience. I worked for Finance Services and Oil & Gas companies. Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? However what im worried is after 2 years would interviewers expect me to have handled a project all alone and acted as a product owner. Went into a multi family property 50/50 with a relative against my gut. Things are going horrible. Need to get out. Best options? Buy him out? He invested maybe 4-5K in time (demolition work) and 2K in cash. I’ve managed the whole thing for 9 months. 10% of gross rents (as a management fee) would be about the same (6-7K)). Bought at low in market just after COVID hit. I want to keep the building. Seems fair to give him his initial investment back + some additional money for market gains. Help!

Due to a family situation we are looking to move to a different state. Normally we would sell our current home and buy a new home in our new location. However, with todays prices and interest, will it make more sense to rent out our current home and rent a home ourselves vs. selling and buying immediately when we move?
