I have an interview scheduled with Walmart for a Data Science internship position. It's supposed to be a 1 hour Zoom interview which includes a 40-45 minute live coding round on Hackerrank on Data Structures and Algorithms.

My strength is in Data Science and ML, not particularly in SWE-type algorithms and coding rounds.

Can someone give me some advice on how to tackle this? Should I learn Dynamic Programming too?

How common is it for employers to pay for the cost of applying for a family based GC (an an AOS)? I understand it happens fairly frequently but would love to hear experiences!

The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.
