Hello, I heard there is no work life balence in some projects in DBS, could anyone share that project names

Designers, have you ever been in a position where you’re pretty much taking the lead on all aspects of the project? I.e writing project briefs, putting together workshops with client, and on top of that you’re the one actually working the outcome of the project? I’m feeling so overwhelmed with a new project that came in and I feel like I’m pretty much the only one doing the work. And on top of that my salary doesn’t reflect the work that I’m doing.

Is it possible to get a convenient location transfer in LTIMindtree? Or it can be decided only after the project allocation?

Asking for a friend; but, in the world of non union digital content shoots, what are the meal period laws for crew on pre-light and shoot days? I always follow union rules to be safe and because it’s the bare minimum producers should do for their crew, but hearing about a production team not feeding their crews ANY meals and only feeling the talent and client is really getting under my skin, sounds illegal, and I want to get to the bottom of what the rules really are. Ok, so I have a couple of offers, one kind of lackluster, for the County. The other is for a credit union-I left credit unions a few years ago to join a FinTech supporting credit unions)
I was laid off last month and have had a flurry of interviews…this credit union offer is my favorite so far, I do have another offer I’m waiting for from another tech company which has a much higher salary range, but nothing is written in stone.
Should I counter? The offer is $95k for a project manager.

Now fractal is offering me 22lpa .
But they did ask me to work on db development along with DBA ADMIN and Azure also.
And they asked me to work for client TELSTRA .
Just thing will the work load be more here since i am looking for WLB

Little background:

Asked for promotion in late 2020 - was required to skill up, after skilling up, asked again about when I'll be promoted and was denied because there is no "vacancy" for it.
Got my annual hike in Oct 2021 without the promotion. I asked HR last week again and got a random announcement email saying my promotion is w.e.f Oct 2021. ( and no raise for the newly promoted role).

I recently got an offer from DBS bank, there they have promised to pay 3,00,000 as one time relocation allowance.

Two things i want to know,
1. Do they pay this amount regardless of whether you are in the work location ?
2. Inorder to encash this amount does it require require to submit any proofs or what's the process ?
