What could be the maximum salary for Practice Engineering lead/ Associate Director at HSBC?? My total exp is 12 years. Cctc - 45(39fixed) I already have an offer from City fixed 47 plus variables. In my first conversation it just cane out 50lpa fixed but now thinking not a good negotiation, can i ask for 55-58 lpa fixed?? Plus i want to understand what is the bonus that hsbc offers to its employees, any other benefits?
