This year I went from A2 to SA1 and got a 42% raise
I just saw this since I don’t check fishbowl often. To be fair my first year did start a bit later in the year so my initial raise from A1 -> A2 likely wasn’t as high as it should have been. Either way I’m content with my pay now

All of my salary increases have been around 2-4%. I had one increase of over 60% from changing companies , however.

Had senior -> manager promotion raise 13%, wasn’t happy and got another offer from other company, leveraged it into additional 22% raise. Companies don’t give large raises unless you force them 😪
