I guess more strategy and Corp finc. I think I need to leave to get the salary. Not really interested in EY's PI practice. Currently FS risk. Not really trying to move to another big 4 to drop to senior after getting an MBA from a top 5 school and currently being a manager ☹️

Fuck it, apply for manager jobs and see what happens. They'll usually take u if u have the experience, especially big 4. MBB might be tougher, but you'll prob get 140ish there as an associate (1 level below Mngr)

Hi Guys - Need your advice.
CCTC-18, YOE -7.5, QA automation
Offer in hand- 28 LPA, 75 days NP left

Accenture is retaining with 25%hike and leadership told that remaining 25% will be covered in the dec cycle. Should I consider this offer or look for outside opportunities. I feel that getting 28+ package will be difficult at my YOE and techstack.
Also, there might be some onshore opportunities in near future in current project.
Please suggest.

I'm being pushed out of my current project. I can tell as there is less tasks on my plate. I did my job at 100% and then some so no that's not why. Thing is I'm not upset as I disliked the "yes, man" attitude we have with the client which has caused chaos on our side.

Yes, I know the downside of this but I don't care about that either.
