Help me figure out why my PCP would procrastinate on signing forms that are important for me to get approved for FMLA since I have to be out for 3 months. Tells me you are approved for the 2wks that has already past!!! Then there’s my job that procrastinates as well they have to wait for my form and the doctor form to go in in order for them to fill out their form for TDI I don’t get it!!! It was never this complicated pre-pandemic!! Now it’s all about the waiting game FUSTRATED !!

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?

As of late, my work related anxiety has reached new levels and it’s really starting to affect me mentally. I’m part of a great team; I’m trusted and supported, have a great track record, there are no issues, and have been no incidents. Regardless, my professional self perception and confidence is so rattled as of late, it’s almost like a paralysis at times. l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed.
