Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

I’m in Chicago and this is for data science skill set, for reference. Do I need to push to come in at manager level instead?
I have 3 YOE. guess it doesn’t make sense to leave then.
Unless your in a unique tech demand, you're making more. Base for all Advisory seniors (not including S&) is less than 120k. Range is from mid 90s to high 110 depending upon experience. During a normal year bonuses can range from 0-20%. Last year I got the highest review rating at got an 11% bonus due to covid-19 (as opposed to 20%). Messaging has been that bonuses will likely be similar this year. No ESPP. 401k match is less, but there is a wealth builder concept where the firm gives money on the side. Vesting period is 5 years though, so I wouldn't really factor it in.
Big factor when comparing bonus targets. Getting T1 is a politics game as much as it is performance. An external hire is going to have a hard go of it their first year

10-20% bonus sounds high.
Possible with a top rating but 8-11% is closer to average (which you are more likely to receive as a new hire)

I’m curious as well. Also, any tuition reimbursement?
Tbh it’s unlikely you will make more at regular PwC.
SAs range from 100-120 with 10-20% bonuses, basically a 6% match (3% you don’t have to contribute you just get it).
So, it seems unlikely you will be getting a compensation raise.
@C1 - they do sponsor MBAs for select target schools / for select people.
Yes but not by much. I think it still is 5% - so a HCOL will be 5% higher than a MCOL etc

If you have an mba, starting salary for SA is about 150/ 165 base for PwC and s& respectively.

OP - What’s your location? Our SA base range is pretty big. It starts at $97K and ends at $132K (excluding annual bonus) based upon your cohort and the city.
What’s the difference between an experienced associate vs senior associate, and what’s the progression trajectory from exp assoc. -> sr assoc.

Analyst 1 - Here is the progression trajectory in PwC
< 1 YEO - Associate
1-3 - Exp Associate
3-6 - Senior Associate
6-8 - Manager
8-10 - Senior Manager
