Hey fellow LTIMindtree folks, its been 20 days since I have joined this Org, and there's no update for project. Projects I apply on portal are withdrawan automatically. My reporting manager doesn't reply, people manager also don't reply. I just got to know today that there's daily bench meeting but I'm not added to it.
Its really frustrating exp and I don't know how to proceed further for the project. Can someone please guide me and help me with this? Appreciate all the help. Thank you.

I want to make the transition to the firm’s Litigation department because I want to practice international arbitration. How do I approach my HR department as well as the litigation bosses about transitioning to litigation? Any ideas would be helpful.

I had got offer letter from cognizant after that i had recieved a mail to initiate on boarding.
Is it mandatory to start the cognizant on boarding if not sure whether i am going to join it or not?

Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.

I’m also curious about whether this is something that I should just discuss with my recruiter directly?
