Completely unbiased opinion? Go to Kearney! You’ll get the best colleagues!🙌🙌🙌
Kearney all the way

I’d do Kearney. They seem to have things moving in the right direction and they have highest comp
I’m sure Kearney is great but OW is a better brand, quite a bit larger, has a great culture etc. Our healthcare practice is excellent. Kearney does a lot of supply chain work—if that’s of special interest it might make more sense, otherwise OW
Thanks OW. Absolutely agreed! I was very provider focused in early part of my journey. Last few years have shifted into Life Science. Honestly, life science arena has been more intellectually stimulating and so much learning that I am looking to move my focus there in long run.
A few thoughts - great colleagues at K, but definitely try to talk to someone in our healthcare practice in the US because it's not one of our big offerings here, i believe bigger in Europe. That said with Kearney there's lots of travel opps for client work, internal retreats, global mobility - feels like most people i know have done an international project or moved offices to a different region.

Kearney health in US is growing extremely fast
Thank you everyone. It looks like Kearney is the consensus. I do think I want to go the partner route as I am 6 years now.

Also, think through long term. If you make partner level, Kearney is a true partnership where OW is part of a larger public organization with shareholders to please
OW has best culture and brand of those three
You’ve definitely already made your decision lol, but worth noting for future folks that Kearney LS is pretty limited (unless you count procurement for LS companies as LS work). You’re not going to be doing market access, pricing, growth, etc. in LS in the practice.
Healthcare is more diverse with payers and providers. Not sure what OW looks like, but from what little exposure I’ve had, they do more strategy in these sectors.
All depends on what you’re looking for! Kearney or OW would be the choice here for sure, IMO.
Im in exactly the same boat (-EYP) let’s connect as im also struggling to decide!
Definitely! Please PM me. I can't message you for some reason.
If the end game is what matters a lot to you get a sense of partner comp and flexibility at each place. My sense is both are higher at OW than at Kearney.

From what I was told K starting partners make ~$850 and avg is 1.5m
OP, did you end up joining Kearney?
