Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. Why some Managers and Leads are obsessed over faster delivery? I have found this behaviour specifically within India Based firms or clients. I mean quality work takes time. Better designing takes time. Ni bas jaldi krdo! I mean its not food that will rotten if 2 ka 3 din hogya! Seriously start the work in chaos and then later say “We understand everything is complicated in this project but it is how it is and we have to work hard to tackle this!” I mean it was you who made it complicated!

Hi fishes, I am a backend developer , my current CTC is 18 LPA. I am looking for new opportunities , I have 2 offers one was 24 fixed and then i waited for sometime and got 34 LPA (32 fixed). I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
