Does it make us eligible for any special card which we wouldn’t have been otherwise? Or lifetime free cards for employees? What kind would they give to a band 30?

Do bank managers/loan officers at local branches have any sway in approving loans? I live in a small Midwest town would it be better to go to my local bank and see if people I know there can get a better rate etc on an auto loan?
