I want to transition into Consulting (Management/Financial verticals)
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Can any of you guide me on to the skill sets that I must learn to have a better chance at this transitioning.

Looking for advice: would you stay in partner pipeline at Big 4 or move to one of the MBBs as a principal? I am hearing that with Big 4 getting into strategy more, MBBs will be obsolete soon thoughts?

What certifications can I earn to increase my market value coming out of college? I’m graduating with a marketing and digital applications co-major and I have 2 HubSpot certs (Digital Advertising and Social Media Marketing) + relevant internships. I’m just trying really hard to get over 50K in Indianapolis (I sincerely can’t afford to accept anything lower) and being a new grad seems to REALLY be working against me no matter what I do. For pre-MBA associates (A-A promotes) in restructuring, are exit opps any different than those for post-MBA associates (which are apparently very limited versus analyst opportunities)? For anyone currently at these shops, any advice on how to move to a distressed fund after a year or two?
