Can anybody tell me how the Work Culture and Work Life balance at Oracle India OCI is? I got an offer for IC-2 position over there.

Is it possible to switch from consulting to ibanking with a STEM background while on H1B? Or does USCIS care that your education and background fits perfectly into the little description? Job I’m interested in says STEM/business/finance UG required (it’s a capital markets role) but I’m unsure of how this would work (never switched jobs before on H1B). TIA!

I am a Master’s Student who landed up with a Product Management internship. I am enjoying it and have done tasks that I thought were not my cup of tea. They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.
Its been 2 days. No update. Can anyone guide. Why 2 hr rounds ? N how much time it takes?

Looking to transition into an HR leadership position. 17+ years experience in running a startup managing 50-100 people (15 years) and handled all facets of hiring, firing, compensation, negotiation, training and employee relations. Responsibilities also include other non HR functions such as business dev., client relations and expansion, logistics. Currently studying for the SPHR and plan to take the GPHR as well.
