I have been interviewed on 23rd October and after one week HR contacted me and said they will release offer in 2 weeks but till now they have not released. My manager always appreciated me, and to others also says i am doing this work etc and doing so good. Over appreciating i feel though. He always took care if i needed anything, didn't force wfo, salary also he made sure i get timely hike. How will he feel when i resign, how can i survive my np. I feel guilty even before resigning, feels like i am doing some thing wrong and God will punish me. I feel like i owe him more and not doing my part.
