Can we switch the company within 4 joining an organisation,as I am not liking the work culture and attitude of the people, also I can see no growth in learning no extra curricular activities,no work life balance,no work life balance.Just wanted suggestions like can I start looking for another opportunity for the same package,as I am okay to switch for same package,as I want peace and work life balance.So hunting for a new job is a good decision cuz I am not able to concentrate.

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?
