For SA level what is criteria for Promotion?
I am SA 3.5 yrs into cts. My last 2 ratings are 3 and 2 .
As per what I know , for PE , your last 2 ratings should not be less then 3, which makes me not eligible for PE opportunities . However i got project email saying this project is for Non -PE role but associate is eligible . How am I eligible here?

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?

Also my lwd in current firm is still 10 days away so I can only provide them with my payslips for now. There is an option to select Yes if still haven't received other docs. CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.

My technical interview was on 19th Feb and received HR called me on 22nd feb for salary discussion but again on 22nd Feb 2nd HR called to have managerial round which was scheduled on 25th Feb and again got mail to submit CIS form. After submitting form didn't get any call from HR. Its been 8 days. Is i am ghosted?

I had completed 1st year in cognizant here is the situation can anyone please clarify the doubt ..my probation rating is 2 and not good comments and my role is PAT until today my colleagues role changed PAT to PA but my role is not changed why?is it behind the reason about review?
