Melatonin and hire a nanny to sit with him while you sit in first. You’ll be in my prayers. Seriously though melatonin.
If you’re flying in economy, get yourself a jet pack suitcase. My girl loved it and esp being dragged through the airport. The suitcase top turns over to extend the economy seat into a full flat bed. Life of luxury for the little one.
Plenty of snacks, an iPad with tons of pre-loaded Disney films, toddler headphones, and their favorite blanket
A bit of gravol in their milk…
2yo is too big toddler bed. I used the cheap cosco seat multiple times, it’s skinny, so guaranteed to fit and easy to carry. Would also get either a backpack carrier or a small light foldable stroller so you have a place to restrain your kid while keeping hands mostly free.
If the flight is overnight then hopefully your kid will sleep, but plan on bringing lots of little snacks and toys that can occupy them. Honestly post-it’s or stickers are great for that.
Of course iPad can help out too.
Melatonin is safe for kids? This is news to me. Truly wasn’t aware but almost seems like the easy way out.
