Location constraint:
I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.

Can't really judge 100% as it will largely depend on your seniority and what you're trying to optimize for.
My 2 cents are: Research team really is perceived as tier 2 within the Firm, most likely you won't be working directly with clients. Transition to an integrative/consulting path may take a while...
Given that you're so early in your career and probably don't have other strong brand names in your CV, the McK name will most likely help you further along.
Just don't come thinking it's easy to switch to the consulting path because it's not, my previous roommate was on the research team and it took him 1.5-2.0 years to switch.
I'm not really familiar with exit opportunities for the research team to be honest, but given that you will most likely be focused on one specific industry, I'd guess a large variety of roles within that industry. Another exit would be just a switch to the "normal consultant" path if that's what you want - that's quite common, it just takes some time
