Mck pays ~15% more but I heard that the role is highly about research support, creating Mck "proprietary assets" and is well perceived as Tier 2 within the firm. Added bonus of the retailer is they actively hire Mck and BCG for consulting. Which firm would you guys choose?

At what point do you draw the line on WLB? Working insane hours on a long/term project with what feels like no end in sight. It’s not sustainable but clearly expected. Could you get fired for drawing lines in the sand and saying (example) “come 8:30 every night I’m logging off”.
