I’m currently in audit, but I have a rotation lined up for  FDD from July - Sept. but It just came to my attention there are looking for a rotator in IB for my company. How do I craft my narrative to do both? Or not do FDD, and straight to IB. IB opportunities are ad hoc. IB has always been my goal. Not sure what to do

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.

Company T is paying me way more (twice) than Company B. And I like company T more. However, they want me to start working in February if I get this position. If I end up getting the offer, I will have to quit my internship at Company B, almost immediately after I begin the internship.

I have offer of 19 LPA from Optum which includes 2.5lpa variable

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.

I recently got an offer at PwC as an Experienced Associate at the Accelerated Centers, but the pay mentioned is much lower than my current job (nearly a 35 to 40k difference). One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
