I want a advice i worked in a for 1 yr from then i join anthr company there also i worked 1 yr it was a MNC but i have 2 yr bond there after 1 yr i break the bond and left from the company they didnt provide a experience letter
then i joined one of my frriends own cmpny after 7 mnths i resigned from there for 2 yr i have certificate but for 1 yr in the middle i dint the exp certificate but i have salary slip and pf stmnt etc.. what can i do now did i get rejection without exp letter

Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The partner said because I joined the firm later in the year, it’s normal not to advance in the next year. Is it? Thanks!
