Hey guys! Currently working in audit, as an associate at PWC. I’ve been doing something, and I feel like this corporate life will not work for me in the long run. I really think starting something on my own will help. But I don’t know what kind of business I could start. How do you guys feel about working in corporate for years together? Do you enjoy it? Do you feel the need to go do something on your own?

I have been practicing in creditors rights/foreclosure in PA & NJ for around 4.5 years. Due to the foreclosure/eviction moratoriums there is no work to do and I was furloughed. I am looking to change directions- what is the most logical next move?

If you make it to senior manager at big four can you leave and become partner or director at mid size firm? Is this hard to do? I know there is a lot of politics at big four and have no interest staying in a senior manager role for 6-8 years and risk a chance of still not becoming partner.
