Looking for advice. ~1 month ago I started formally complaining to HR about some toxic partners, uncompetitive comp, and excessive work load. I'm currently working as an electrical designer in the MEP industry. I really don't like it and I'm working towards a career change which I'm actively applying for and getting certified etc. However, it's been a slow process and I'm currently underpaid where I am so would it be wise to make a lateral move to another MEP firm simply because they offer me more money while I still look for a different job separate from this field? Or just tough it out?
