I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

A3: I spent 14 years there, analyst to MD, there were MANY times where my counselees were more highly compensated than myself (some of it was because i was in an extreme low cost area and had NYC/SFO counselees). However, I will say the firm was good at sorting it out in the long run.
How did you identify yourself as a high performer?
They pay sooooo well 🙄 unless you’re a baby analyst.

A1 I know 'cuz im the shiiii...j.k j.k. ive been told ive had a stong year..and the term high performer was thrown around. Who knows prob didnt mean anything. Guys seriously though, any helpful feedback on my question would be great :)
@OP, are you making Manager or moving to C2/C3?
Getting hired at L9 in CD&O at 90k in Denver - underpaid? Sounds like the range is pretty wide. OP - where do you live?
EY1 What made you make the move after getting to MD? It's a pretty big achievement to make it from A>MD. Also yes I hear you in the "long run" but how many years does one have to wait for course correction? I've been here 4.5 years now... waiting for a course correction that I've had to discuss with a partner to get this issue looked into... and even then nothing was able to be done. Maybe it's time to look elsewhere if I'm not of value here.
