I do have my own hobbies , love to spend time with family and friends along with doing development work for my company. Will those be really screwed up if I join? Is it a wise decision to leave Deloitte USI Strategy practice for Accenture strategy in Capability Network when I am due for promotion to Engagement Manager?
I am getting 40% hike from Accenture CN when my promotional hike in Deloitte is expected from 25% to 30% (my guess).
What should I do? Renegotiate / Stay / Switch.

In my opinion, Go for Icertis... Good pay good training Good benefits and employee friendly.
Go for Big 4, Icertis do not have much to offer comparitively, your knowledge will get restricted only to a specific product and to be very Frank there is not much to learn on the development side of it since the product is already build. Plus being a part of big 4 will add to your resume internationally in the longer run. All the best.
But since it's a startup and a product-based company that is growing rapidly, don't you think that there'll always be technical work involved for their upgrades, improvements, its sub-products, etc., and not like a consultancy firm which may mostly include support works.
And It's not Pwc India, it's PWC SDC a subsidiary of PWC USA working as a support for them where I'll be working mostly on their SAP and other few technical projects.
Also, doesn't the branding matter only when we're experienced and in the initial stages, it's better to go where I can get maximum learning exposure and that can be offered by the startups. Right? What say!
